Shipping & Returns
We pride ourselves on making sure you get your order in a timely manner. Orders are shipped either same day or next business day. Orders ship with standard USPS Priority Mail. Shipping turnaround to most areas in the Southeastern Region of the US is 2-3 business days (This is an estimate, actual shipping times can vary depending on other factors such as: weather, carrier delays, etc.).
At this time, we do not offer an expedited shipping selection on our website. However, we want to make sure you get your order when you need it most. If you are in need of a rush order please call us at 706-548-7246 to place it. We'll always do our best to accommodate.
How will I know my when my order ships?
You will receive an email and when your order is packaged and shipped. This email will include your tracking information as well.
What if there is an issue with the delivery of an order?
First, we suggest contacting the shipper to determine if any issues can be identified with the delivery. Second, give us a call at 706-548-7246 or email [email protected]. We will do our best to assist you.
All items are eligible for return/exchange up to 30 days from their purchase date. Item(s) must not be worn and should have original tags remaining in place. Returns will be issued through the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note that all SALE items will be eligible for store credit only.
As a small business, we are unable to offer free return shipping on orders. If you need to make an exchange or return a product please email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, your best form of contact and the reason you'd like to exchange/return your product.
